During these unusual times, our thoughts are with those who have been affected by COVID-19. Here at Conditioned Air we are closely monitoring updates and recommendations from the CDC and our local health officials.
We are focused on taking appropriate steps to keep you safe as well as our staff, as we want to continue to provide the level of service and care than has made us the leader in AC services for decades. While some of these measures may change to meet federal, state or local guidelines, we are doing everything we can to stay on top of updates and adjustments we need to make to keep you and your family healthy and safe.
Update on Safety and Health Measures
- Technicians, as well as our office staff, have been equipped with disinfecting wipes and hand sanitizer and have been briefed on appropriate safety measures to take in your homes.
- All employees are closely monitoring their own health. If anyone shows or reports signs of illness, we are requiring them to remain home.
- If we don't shake your hand, we mean no offense. We just want to minimize the spread of germs to keep everyone healthy.
- If you have questions about any of these processes, please contact us to discuss as we want to make sure we address ay concerns you have ahead of time.
We also ask that if you have been exhibiting any symptoms related to COVID-19, and you have recently had service, to please call us so that we can help ensure the health and safety of our team members and other customers.
We cannot emphasize enough that the safety and health of you, your families and our employees is our top priority. Should we have any other announcement around protocols changing, we will update this statement.
